INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional plan can be referring to that functional approach which is used
to meet personal development objectives and perform task in future carrier (Bertola and et.al,
2017). This is essential system which have to be use by every individual in their life. This is
because it helps in meeting needs and performing task in effective way. In context of current
repost, there are different aspects which are covered to show the persona and professional
development system in effective way. This repost include, understanding concept personal and

According to view point of Au and et.al, (2018), Personal and professional developed can
be define as that systematic approach which is related to use of tool in order to develop skill of
individual in planed manner. This include use of different tools which are essential to develop
knowledge and perform task in effective way. Under this individual can follow and an
appropriate strategy which will helps in meeting needs of continues development and performing
task in effective direction. This is also related to using tools which will helps in meeting needs

Short term goals can be defining that functional goals which are mandatory for in
individual in order to gain knowledge about firm and perform (Cesarini and Östling, 2017).
These goals are helpful in meeting needs and performing task in effective way by achieving short
term objectives and managing programs in effective way. There is different skill which have to
be developed by me in order to meet objectives and perform function in direction to achieve
