INTRODUCTION
In order to reach the defined aim and objectives, every company wants that their
employees must have an effective communication and implement new policies that helps to
make the entire operation successful. Further, in the same way, current report will helps to
outline the issues discusses and proposed changes by analyzing the organization communication.
The chosen firm for this report is Captify which is a small firm in UK which is a data driven
display and specialize in search intelligence and media decision. Thus, report will describe the
principle behind different form of organizational communication and also evaluate the
communication practice applied by the firm. Then it provide recommendations that helps an
organization to improve the communication.

Theme 1: Purpose and principle behind different form of organizational communication
Berger (2016) stated that business communication is the process of sharing information
between people with and outside of the company. Therefore, the main purpose of business
communication is how the employees and management interact to reach the organizational goals
and through this, the purpose is to improve the organizational practice and also reduce errors.
Hence, author state that with an effective communication employees and manager come to know
each other and also make judgment in order to understand each other. Further, through effective
communication, an organization run smoothly and also improve its bottom line, additionally,
when workers work with greater efficiency by applying effective communication, then output
will definitely be positive. As a result, by using oral and written communication, managers and
employees may easily share their experience and delegate responsibility to each other.
Theme 2: Principles of effective communication in order to enhance practice.
Hänninen and Karjaluoto, (2017) established the fact that, effective communication is
considered to be one of the most impelling measure to effectively exchange information which in
turn helps in better understanding and enhancing the practice to carry out particular set of work.
The key principles of effective communication is mainly linked with good communication skills
where one will listen what the other person is trying to convey. The message transmitted must be
complete and concrete which in turn does not transmit any wrong message to the receiver.
Another key principles of effective communication is to be organized and persuasive in order to
