INTRODUCTION
There are various types of people who work for their love and some of them work for
fulfilling personal and professional requirements. There are various motivational factor that
influence people to work and continue their job responsibilities so that targets are attained on
time (Diseth, Mathisen and Samdal, 2020) . The main purpose of conducting this individual
report is to understand different factors that encourage workers to work along with their positive
and negative factors those employees’ experiences as a result of their particular job role that they
perform within an organisation. Further it also inculcates various theories that are used to
examine the positive and negative factors that employees faced from different point of view.
