Introduction
The functional approach about the use of systems to quantify and create structures in the growth
of industry and IT is model modelling or imaginary vertical. Function modelling is a general
method of device modelling, with qualitative methods including the Functional Stream flow
chart as well as IDEF0. In this report, a business problem faces by MBA student of Oxford
Brookes such as ineffective management practices and improper approaches due to which the
overall image is decreasing (Ambe and Badenhorst-Weiss, 2012).
1. Nature of problem situation.
In a situation of Oxford Brookes MBA program, soft machine thinking should not believe that
challenges there are in the universe. There were never any scientifically given challenges of
functioning from a soft viewpoint. This does not mean that the universe is not composed of
complicated and challenging issues that really need to be handled, although it is crucial to
remember that separate people in almost the same position will see various solutions and
interpret it differently regarding their existence. Perhaps it is deceptive to speak of the meaning
like that was objectively decided upon and approved by certain partners and institutions. Soft
systems thinking claims that challenges are far less organised and far easier than might be agreed
by other consumers and proponents of reductionist research (Yazdanpanah, Diniz and Lima,
2019). Indeed, a crucial characteristic in certain scenarios is that they become unbounded, vague
and ambiguous and therefore the analyst can be ambiguous whether anything is a 'problem' even
for those who feel something is 'not right' in the scenario.
2. Creating an alumni system that meets stakeholder needs
3. IT-based system
Through use of machines to Oxford Brookes MBA program retrieve, transfer as well as control
data or data is artificial intelligence. In comparison to personal or firm practices, IT is usually
used within the framework of business operations (Ghassemlooy, Popoola and Rajbhandari,
2019). IT is known to be a branch of information technology (ICT). An information system (IT
system) is typically an integrated system, a communication network or, more simply, a data
system run by a restricted group of people, with all hardware, software and network adapters.
