INTRODUCTION
Business environment is defined by place wherein the business operates, it involves both
internal and external business factors. These internal and external business factors affect the
business performance either negatively or positively. Businesses needs to looks into these factors
in the business environment and prepare the desired action plan which suits the specific business
environment. The internal business environment factors involve anything which is the control
and within the business but the external business environment involve everything which is
outside the business and uncontrollable. In the context of Marks and Spencer which is a
multinational organisation famously known for delivering its services for its internal customers.
it delivers apparels, accessories, footwear, perfumes, banking services, food services, home
furnishing and improvements products. The company was founded in the year 1884 by Michael
Marks and Thomas Spencer, headquartered in London, UK. This report covers different types of

Micro businesses include number of employees 1-9. These business generates not much revenue
and are found in towns or small localities. In accordance to the market research conducted in
UK, there are over 5.6 million micro businesses (Belás and et.al.,2019). the government in UK
implements different action to support such business with grants and desired business solution.
Boss Brewing Company in Swansea, South Wales, UK which are founded by Sarah John, is
micro business and award winning brewer founded in the year 2014.
