in the organisation. For future prospect it is important to read the theoretical frameworks on
the performance of public organisations in Asia. The organisational performance models are
developed principally for private sector organisations. Nevertheless, , the public sector is
dissimilar in significant ways that have an influence on performance To develop a well-
organized culture in public sector organisations, it is obligatory for researcher to focus
