Information system can be define as integrated set of components it helps the
organisation to manage the date effectively. They can acquire the data as per their needs when
any problem arise in the future (Hou, and et.al 2020). It is mainly used for storing, collecting,
processing the data and provide informative knowledge to the individuals. Bid data analysis is
process is an advanced analytical technique. The data is stored in structured manner and the size
of the data is very huge it is called as terabytes and zettabytes. Most of the organisations use the
incorporated software to manage the data in an effective manner. On the other hand, in this
report there will be brief discussion about two it solutes software which include Mcafee and
Moodle. Along with that, there will be brief discussion about various systems with relevant
examples. This help the organisation to implement an effective process in the workplace. For
further instance, there will be discussion about globalization and how it affects the digital
infrastructure with advantages and disadvantages.

the user expectation toward the software. There are basically two points in which the users use
this technology effectively(Arena, and Pau, 2020). The technology acceptance model has various
purposes the individuals can share their experience to other people while working on the
software. Objective of this model is to provide never imaging experience to the candidate while
using the services. Mcafee is IT solution company they had seen an exponential growth in the
market due to their ethical practices. The organisation offers anti theft and antivirus solution to
different customers in the market. The software provide a secure experience to various users
while using different services. On the other hand, Moodle is an online learning platform which
helps the students to learn different courses online in an effective manner. The student can
enhance their knowledge and find various career opportunities in the future. This theory helps to
engage more people in an systematic manner and provides a friendly user experience to the
individuals. These software also helps the company to function better in different ways.

Mcafee
This is highly advance software which offers various services to the consumers. The
software founded in 1987 by John McAfee (Kim, 2021). Due to implementation of various
technological factors the software has seen an immense growth in the market. It is known for
offering antivirus application and paid anti theft services to the users. It can detect the malware
and other illegal activities which includes various viruses in the user system. The user can install
this software in various electronic equipments which includes Phones, laptops, computers etc.
The software scan the system effectively in order to provide a smooth user experience to the
users. There are various upgrades which are regulated in this software to fight with new viruses
and malware. Most of the organisation use this software in the workplace to kept excellent safety
to the data. It is easy to use the individual has to take the license or purchase the software
validity. It is done through online website is which is easy and safe. The company offers various
discounting schemes when the user purchase the software for a longer period of time.
Moodle
It is web based learning platform which attracts different individuals to learn online
courses. The user can enhance their knowledge and find various career oriented opportunities in
an effective manner. It is developed by martin Dougiamas to helps the teachers in an systematic

manage the data as per their needs and efficiency. The decision which are made in the

in the servers is important for the organisation. The breach of the data can lead to serious impact

There are various organisation which does not provide the right training to the individuals
in the IT services. This is the major drawback which is involved with the information system. It

is essential for the companies to hire the experience candidates on the job. They need to provide
