1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development,
and the transferable skills
Self reflection supports an individual in handling the social and as well as developmental
learning. By conducting the self reflection I will be capable to managing my strength and
weaknesses in order to perform role such as learning, attaining personal orientated goals.
By the support of effective self reflection it will be easy for me to reflect on the abilities that
are transferable skills (Angel-Urdinola, Castillo-Castro, and Hoyos, 2021). Hence, I will
be capable to determine my fields where I could overcome my weaknesses by my strengths.
As, I am managing my dealings in respect to attain varied capabilities and require to follow
my skills, sense of knowledge that I gained from self reflection. By conducting the SWOT
analysis, I produce reflection on my strength, weaknesses by which I will further overcome
them while creating my personal goals.

refers to my skills and capabilities in an individual that seek them effective for their
furthermore actions (Huysmans, and et.al., 2021). Basic reason to undertake this section
is that it has been measured by me that there are particular abilities and knowledge that are
essential in personal and academic development. As it is significant that all required abilities
are necessary to be controlled by me.
I have gain suitable term of the knowledge in relation to the reading and writing
courses of material.
I have acquired effective term of the skills and abilities in terms of the planning,
scheduling, designing of the objectives.
