1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal
learning and development
Professional and academic skills are aligned with set of abilities of person that
support in various aspect to procure the competitive advantage and increases
performance as well. The personal learning and development is the approach which
is essential to, look for the personal aspects such as strengths and weaknesses an

and work on similarly basis to improve for better results. By performing personal
development it helps in enhancing self awareness, esteem and develops all lucrative
skills. It also positively impact and allow access to learn of skills such as
communications, time management and problem solving. In my personal concern by
utilizing personal development it is found that it is helpful for uplifting potential
outcome to produce effective results and grab several opportunities for performing
various task and activities. I have significant approach towards the process of
personal learning and development as it can be said that by going through this it
helped me to analyze various weakness which needs to be developed for further
concerns.
Basically, it enables to cover the areas of personal strengths and weakness
with identification to assess overall development. In elaborating to approaches, I
have considered cognitive approach which provided me to increase my personal
learning. For all tough situations it is essential to develop those strategies as it
serves in enhancing productivity and efficiency (Leyva Carreras and et.al., 2018). I
observed that it is very crucial for knowing of various methods or concepts
thoroughly for making successful contribution to my learning outcomes. Also, by
following this strategy I am easily availed to make useful decisions and there were
some circumstances in which I was unable to get solutions to the problems very
easily. This approach provide me benefit to carry out the effective solutions to the
problems being faced on regular basis. By utilizing such skills I can develop
communication skills to connect with severe people and enhance my knowledge
level. I might be improving my such skills in order to make my communication skills
with other most effective and fluent which reflect to my personal behavior
respectively. The learning outcomes varies on the process of efforts which would be
made in learning those skills and adequate knowledge. The skills of all the personal
basis are aligned with the process of personal learning and personal areas of
development. The resources will be fruitful for improvement with such approaches
and academic skills I will be able to make approach to execute solutions for overall
problems (Bhagra and Sharma, 2018). Furthermore, while performing task and
activities such activities will help me to deal with crucial situations more easily and so
on it can be concluded as it is the most significant aspect for improving my accuracy.
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed
by attending this module
Transferable skills are skills with flexibility and such skills are accessed to use almost
every place or job roles. While on similar basis there are several skills which is
developed by me while working on project. Creativity and innovative skills was the
one which developed by attending to this module (Almahry, Sarea and Hamdan,
2018). I found the major significance of this skill which is mostly considered in
business environment and such abilities are the one that is gained by me while
learning. There were several concerns which for these skills that I get to know how it
contributes and make working easier. I also develop the understanding of making
and providing creative ideas. Such critical skills in management are essential to find
out better approaches for facing several issues and consequences effectively. Also,
while concluding to the above developed skill it can be said that I can provide better
formation of ideas by formulating strategical thinking. It allows chance to think
differently from other outside the box and enables new way of doing things

accordingly, I learned that I am able to provide better advantage and provide
solutions to thinking process. I also implemented this skill in my day to day activities
for providing effective solution to problems where it is necessary. On the other hand
the another transferable skills which was formulated was critical thinking and
problem solving. It is the most important driven factor which helps in dealing with
unfavorable situations or scenarios. Thus, effective problems thinking play major role
in procuring adequate solutions easier. I have gained this ability by learning and
working on this module, as compared to previous circumstances I was lacking with
such skills and it was necessitated for me to develop critical thinking and problem
solving skills. I am able to figure out solutions very easily and creative thinking
enable the advantage to make effective solutions to those problems. In day to day
basis I am also able to figure out fruitful solutions to problems and have made my
task and working more familiar.
From this module the Team working was another skill which is developed by
me as improving the focus on work and coordinating while working with others
(Sousa and Rocha, 2019). While working with other enables the better working
experience about how the work can be effectively managed by working as part of
team. Working in the continuous process for the project working it enables various
learning abilities and develops better relations with other member who are part of
team. I observed that while being in competitive edge the skills also develop the trust
among teams which is necessary for coordination of work. In regard to the same it
developed the fundamental knowledge aspects to understand how human behavior
can be lucrative for formulating relations with others. Overall thee skills are
fundamental in management and it is useful for me to utilize such skill practices in
evaluating the better results in further study.
1.3 Skills I would like to develop during my academic studies,
personal life and the workplace
There are several skills which I personally need to improve for catering the best
services and applicable to personal concerns. Such skills would develop the ability to
deal with challenging aspects more easily. I am willing like to develop my time
management skills due to concerns regarding it helps in the process of completion
of time in very easy and effective ways (Ventura and et.al., 2018). By utilizing time
management it gives access to make working easier and improves management
process. I observed that effective time management reduces the stress and sudden
effective changes in working which is most suitable for daily activities. The lower
level of stress and work pressure also reflects to better working performance. I would
also like to enhance my communication skills to make effective and fluency in
discussing and sharing my concerns with others. While having the critical thinking
skills also requires communication to discuss the concerns with others. On the other
hand working in team also requires communication to form better relations with
peers and members. So while performing the team working I analyzed that I am
having poor communication skills which is need to developed on significant concern.
By performing this I will be able to generate better working chances and effectively
work with others as well. On the basis of academic learning these skills are required
as management concerns for performing important task and activities. Also, my lack
of effective communications skills will be developed for the lifetime benefit for dealing
with several people.
Writing skills is the another concern which I need to develop for providing
useful articles and summarized statements which can be supportive to drive

advantage in several stages. Similarly, on personal note it is most important to have
such skills which can impact in daily life as well. The concerned skills play key role in
managing, and they can be implemented in personal life as well (Sihite, Manullang
and Nugroho, 2021). I figured out that it is effective tool which can reduce the stress
level of describing task verbally and with help of this I might favorable with providing
better strategies and planning for procuring better instructions. Such measures can
be taken as to improve execution at professional and personal level.
The most effective skill which I need to develop is data analytical skills as it
is most significant for understanding with sources of data which is available and form
the information. By utilization of analysis skills I will be able to perform improved
strategies and tactics to improve overall productivity. While on the other hand it is
fruitful skill for me to profit competitive advantage at workplace as well as reduces
mistakes in my work criteria. By the help of data analysis skill, I would be access to
enhance the efficiency of my work automatically driving the better results
(Tokarčíková and et.al., 2020). It can be concluded that for my personal
development learning and knowledge it can be suitable and it would increase my
ability to figure out the strengths and weaknesses of several aspects in my decision-
making.
