The another word which is related to postmodernism is Deconstruction, as this term is

factors. There is brief history of postmodernism which states the actual scenario of cinematic
landscape. Postmodernism is known as the philosophical movement which has been impacting
arts and critical thinking. In context of Future Plc, it is analysed that this company is working in
postmodernism for having an attitude of rejection. There is irony for managing the accepted
narratives of long held beliefs. It is evaluated by Poster, (2019), There are several concepts
associated with factors like value system, objectives, social progress, human nature, etc. in
context of future Plc company, it is concluded that this magazine company is following
postmodernism for criticising darker issues of the world. Postmodern movies are involved within
managing highly regarded expectations and management. Some of the characteristics involved
within the postmodernism within this company includes pastiche, irony, intertextuality,
hyperreality, unpredictability, distortion of time, etc. As per the viewpoint of Brown, Gordon,

are similar because these are compatible. The concept of postmodernism manages postmodern
age and these are different from modernist period. There are few grand narratives like feminism
and Marxism which are no longer required or needed. This concept is involved in multiple
realities and these lack a normative imperative for fostering social change. As per the viewpoint
of Buchanan, (2018), There is a phrase associated with post modernism theory which is Enemy
of my friend is my enemy. According to the views of German sociologist Max Weber, it is
concluded that there is presence of spirit of capitalism which has contributed to work ethics.
There is a necessary condition which became capitalist. In context of Future Plc company, it is
concluded that all organisational culture is effectively maintained in order to have proper

that main focus is upon analysing class conflict. As discussed by Dejours, and et. al., (2018) and
Hornborg, (2017), The class struggle is involved within the management of way in which history
works. Marx theory states that capitalism is used while managing commodities and taking capital
goods and services properly. As per views of Marx, it is concluded that capitalism is the means
of controlling different class. This helps to create system for enslavement and exploitation.
Capitalist businesses are concentrating on capital accumulation and workers are focusing upon

I have evaluated that while completing this project I learnt about critical theory of
postmodernism. I was able to increase my knowledge regarding different perspective of critical
theory and how they are applied within business. The concept of postmodernism is known as
nexus of post colonialism, critical theory and postmodern theory. This is known as enhancing
field of study which is involved within radical postmodernism. There is philosophical approach
which is linked with critical postmodern narratively and it is involved within ethics. As a
consumer, it is essential that all working conditions are provided in efficient manner for
controlling the postmodern theories. I have learnt several versions of postmodern theory. This
theory was work of Marx and spectacle of postmodern corporations. I analysed the concept of
critical postmodern which helps to recognise multiplicity as well as multi- dimensional which
develops organisational and customer experience of conflict and ambiguity. I have concluded
that some of the factors which are essential for managing the role of institutions are better in
order to develop the way that helps to understand perspective like gender, race, age, class, etc.
