The induction process within an organisation is done when a new employee joins the
organisation before the new member joins the team certain informations are required to be
passed on to the new employee so that he can work effectively within the organisation. also,
Induction is conducted so that the new employee can be aligned with the organisation work
culture, so that he can effectively understand how the activities within the organisation take
place. Induction programs are required to be conducted so that the employee can be
introduced with his job role, the team members and all the related personnel that would
help him perform his task (Mabaso, 2012).
