business in the market. In simple words, organisation manages its clients and customers by
making a better communication. It also helps in advertising the services, management within
the organisation, customer relation and for communication with different stakeholders.
Therefore, it is important and shares a lot of percentage in the growth of the associated
organisation. Despite this, business communication helps in making the environment better
so that the employees can work with friendly environment. With better management of work
through better communication between team members, the efficiency of operation can be

Introduction
Industrial research paper on the business communication leads to know about the type of
communication a company possess. Business communication is however, much important for
the organisation to develop its strong reputation in the market. It helps in establishing better
relationship with the clients and customers in order to gain the market advantages. In this
paper, two organisations have been proposed for the research on the industrial basis. One
organisation belongs to large sector named as Tyro Payments carries larger number of
employees to handle its operations. Second one is Ausway and it is a small-medium
enterprise has a fewer employees that manages its operation. When the communication part
of these organisations is considered, Tyro Payments have the 4G network and cloud IaaS
structure while the Ausway has basic server database system and website to manage the
operations.

Brief background
Tyro Payments is the popular financial institution in Australia and has the main specialisation
in merchant credit and debit transactions. This institution is the second among those who get
the permission for specialised institution in credit card licence in addition to the banking
license. It has passed many growth and failure in its popularity but now it holds large volume
of customers and clients. Behind this, they focused on open data exchange between different
traditional banking industries. It has the advanced team composed of CEO and executive
team.
Ausway is the enterprise which works on cartography and publishing sector. It is responsible
for producing maps and directories of the streets to help the people at the locality. This
company also develops the maps in various formats such as laminated, folded, rolled and so
on. The communication infrastructure uses the satellite navigation to find the data. This
company also focuses majorly on the better communication at the workplace so that the
operation can carry out successfully.
Need for the industrial research on business communication
There are different operations of a organisation that require a collaborative and mutual
understanding while accomplishing the operation. Business communication provides a
channel to manage the mutual understanding between the various members of the operation.
The operations of the associated organisation includes the text, email, telephonic, video and
so on. However, the communication also depends upon the service type provided by the
organisation. It must be necessary to compare the communication system of some
organisation so that it can be found out whether the existing infrastructure is appropriate or
not (Maricle, 2017). This led to the improvements that can be considered for the
organisations.
Current infrastructure
The infrastructure of the Tyro Payments includes the 4G network and cloud IaaS structure to
handle the operations of the huge network. Proper communication protocols have been set up
under the infrastructure as a services type cloud network. Cloud has become the topmost
priority of the large enterprise. It has lot of advantages over other infrastructure in terms of

management, communication, storage, security and so on. Not only this, IaaS cloud focuses
on infrastructure so it highly affordable and there be less financial budget tolerated by the
company. It uses the 4G network for the telephonic conversation in order to provide better
communication signal than any other type. This infrastructure provides a large space to store
the information about their clients and customers. The workload of the transactions and
allocation is also managed specifically. 4G network allows the organisation to perform the
online web meeting in addition to the audio conference between various members of other
organizations. Beside this, organisation also focuses on the security issues of the network
because with the advancement of the technology, the threats to the network also increase.
Internal authentication for the employees is also kept secured. The speed of the internet also
affects the efficiency of the transferring speed. Ethernet also supports the system to provide
better connectivity to the network. The infrastructure also supports the service level
agreements and the different data standards protocols.

Ausway develops its maps and other directories using the satellites. The data collected from
the satellite is huge and it is managed very effectively by the existing basic server database
system. The website is created in order to provide the information regarding the mapping of
the streets where the user wants to find the location. Directories are also developed. All this
data is regularly updates after some interval of time and this generates a vast amount of data.
It uses the web browser that supports the HTTP at web server and it has application server to

manage the different applications. Instead to this, the stored data must be protected so that no
one can modified it for some false objective. In this infrastructure is protect in terms of
employees and the users through login authentication.

Both organisations that have been considered here belong to different sectors of the industry.
Both require different type of infrastructure of communication as their need is different from
other. For maintaining the customer relationships, there should be better maintenance of
communication so that they should remain connected with the organization. Research on
market of both the organisation provide the knowledge of the better infrastructure they
support and for future which infrastructure will be best to manage all the workloads of the

the Tyro Payments and Ausway respectively. With this, the social opinion is also interpreted
to the option of future possibilities.

Mission and value statement of the enterprise
Tyro Payments focuses on the financial operations and it includes proper communication
with the customers and other clients that forms partnership to it. They have target to manage
all the accounts with proper techniques and effective way. The technology lead the institute
to follow up the customers and the clients so that they feel better experience and develop a
scenario to add more customers to the bank. Employee should focus on better internal
communication so that there should be fewer disputes and conflicts at the workplace and this

should not affect the operations of the organisations. Proper communication channel creates
proper mutual collaboration between employees and it will result into effective performance
of the organisation. Same internal communication can be seen in the Ausway and it focuses
on regular updates of the data and this data has to be stored and gets updates on the website
so that user could not find any problem in finding the information they want.
Technical Information of the infrastructure
 At Tyro Payments
The networking infrastructure holds the basic components and these basic components are
major in the network and perform the significant task in the communication. Some of the
major components are here going to be discussed. Router is used for the transferring the
information from one client to another in the form of data packets and hold the address of the
destination. Switches provide the control over the ports used for the connection with other
devices and to provide the internet connectivity. Bridges are used for the function of
connecting one or more hubs from the remote locations. Firewalls are used to provide the
internet connectivity and it acts like gateway of security. The infrastructure follows the HTTP
protocols and the other standard policies to follow the policies of service level agreements.
Several server were used such as database server for data, email for information sharing, file
server for storage and so on (Cloudadmin, 2015). There were several network towers of 4G to
support the telephonic operation of customer relationship management.
 At Ausway
The infrastructure of this organisation includes the components of networks that support the
functioning. There are different operations that must be done regularly such updating data of
the mapping area. For organising the data, this organisation uses the server to manage all the
data downloaded from the satellite communication. Different workstations checks for the data
for different area of the country and all these data is uploaded to the server and through
website login, the data can be accessed whenever required. Hubs connect all these
workstation so that they can be managed effectively. The employees and the user of the
website has login to the website to gain the access (Kumc, 2014). This infrastructure holds
the protocol of application layer and data link layer to provide a better connectivity and this
increases the speed of the downloading the data. The data collected from the satellite is real

their customers. The motive of the institution involves the fulfillment of business
communication requirement in order to perform the meeting, discussions and presentation
through video, audio, text or email process. They use the 4G network communication for the
communication with different clients of the organization. This network communication can
be used for the simplifying the issues of the customers through telephonic conversation. The
top authorities have the responsibility to modify the passwords and this saves the integrity of
the organization as credentials are not in every hand. Some of the information is shared
through the medium of email with secured encrypted codes.
Similarly, for the Ausway, the communication medium involves comment box, telephonic,
messages, email and so on. The data here is vast because of the regular updates in the data on

several advantages over the basic server database system. It has ability to manage all the
operation of Troy Payments and Ausway but the major impact can be seen at the operations
of Ausway. This increases the performance of the operations at the Ausway organisation and
provides a unlimited space for the storage of vast data which is updated regularly. With this,
the employee of the Ausway is also engaged in the mutual collaboration of the organisations.
This will led better performance of Ausway organisation. There will be better consistency of
the operations such as updating the data. With cloud, there is possibility to develop data
backup which provide data recovery in case of system failure.
This affects the communication of businesses in more advanced way. They can provide video
and audio locations in the mapping. This will benefit the organisation in every way and
handles the internal communication in a different manner. There will changes in many
sectors. There will be change in the technical information, components, infrastructure,
security and even the speed of the internet also changes. But it can be seen that all the
changes that will be implemented is in favour of the organization and will promote the
growth.
Evaluation of security at Tyro Payments Issues identified
- Denial of service attacks and cookie poisoning: Malicious outsiders take advantage
of API address and exploit it to breach the data.
- Loss of data: Server failure and accident data failure leads to loss of data
- Account hijacking: Some of the agents with motive of ransom can attack the
enterprise
- Loss of confidentiality and integrity: When policies of the enterprise are failed to
follow and some of the confidential gets public.
