Introduction
The leading international real estate service provided Savills Australia has more than 600
owned and associated office throughout the entire world. The company offers guidance and
support to the private, corporate and the institutional clients who seeks for acquiring, developing
and leasing the commercial as well as the residential proportion in any location in the world.The
company offers support to the real estate service industry in the past five years. In the past years
it has been seen that there are constant increase in the housing prices, decline in the interest rates
and unstable economic conditions(Baum, 2017). The commercial property market has performed
moderately in the past five years as there has been volatile business confidence during the initial
period of the past years. The purpose of this report is to analyze the ways to enhance the
employability with the development of the workplace competencies. It formulates a workplace
project through the analysis in which ways the company operates with the implementation of
relevant frameworks and analysis of the researching and reporting on the workplace project
(Beyers, 2013).The report implies the academic frameworks and concepts. The report analyzes
the workplace culture, the ways of training and recruitment. By analyzing the workplace of the
company, the professional development needs are applied and this helps to enable the
employability. Further it analyzes the personal and the industrial skills and the requirement that
