Executive Summary:
The report gives an overview of the research done for preparation of a project report. The
project report is based on Australian Unity Home Care Services which is a care service
provider for the old and the disabilities. In this report there is a discussion on how
information has been collected for preparing the project report by going through its website
and talking to its staffs. The report also puts forward recommendations that talks about how
the research could have been approached in a better manner.
