An important role is played by the numerous methods of project management for the
accomplishment of successful completion of the project.
Discussion
Several kinds of consequences linked with that of the ineffective implementation of
the project management comprises of poor levels of documenting the requirements necessary
for the successful completion of project on time (Dildar et al., 2014). The poor estimation of
the budget of the project might lead to the increment in the costs of the project. Lack of
monitoring of the tasks and support from the stakeholders also comes into play (Oguta,
2014).
Conclusion
Absence of the clarification of roles along with poor planning methods add up to the
ineffective implementation.
