The company thrives in creating new opportunitywith regards to high value added business prospective. This is done mainly done by thedevelopment for energy efficient management technique (Bowman 2016). The company wasfounded in the year 1938 as a parent company of Samsung group. The company haspioneered the international sales nations and trading business since it was registered as thegeneral first trading company in Korea in 1975. The company patched up with Samsungconstructions in 1995 and since the patching up the company have started two distinctivebusinesses: construction group and trading, engineering and investment group. The companyis quickly becoming the global top tier company generating and economic value of which isoutstanding throughout the year. This is mainly done on the basis of advanced technologyand skilled expert within the business unit of the organisation (Inhorn 2017).Project CaseIn the report the case which is selected is the Burj Khalifa. The project is developed inthe city of Dubai is considered as the Global icon by the council on the tall building andUrban habitat. Burj khalifa honours the city with its extraordinary aspect of art, meticulouscraftsman and engineering. The tower was considered as the world’s largest man madestructure just after 1325 days after excavation work stated on 2004 of January. Thecomposition of the project consists of 330000 cubic centimetre of concrete; 39000 tonnes ofsteel reinforcement; 103000 square meter of glass and 15500 square meters of embossedstainless steel (Kijewski-Correa et al. 2016).

4STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENTStandard CriteriaThe prime contractor in order to construct the tower used the latest advancement inorder to complete the construction process. There are three primary tower cranes which werelocated directly adjacent to the centre core, each of the structure continued at various heightsas required in the process (Acuto 2016). The key aspect of construction in order to speed upthe process was that to minimize the time allocated to these cranes. In order to implement theprocess automated self climbing work was employed in order to construct the walls and bladeparameter columns. The final design of the structure can be considered as an appropriateresponse to its many influences. On the other hand the construction and the design of burjkhalifa give a direct opportunity to conduct an investigation on the further refinement of thesuper tall business design (Bowman 2016).Success rate or Failure rateThe burj khalifa is considered as stated above as the world’s largest building aexcellence of soaring steel and glass which is nearly double the size of Chicago Willis tower.It was build with the intention of proponent hope of the grandeur of Burj Khalifa. Taking intoaccount the prestigious aspect of the building, the mammoth structure will affect the overallregions long term economy in various ways. It’s mainly a PR boost for sure. But puttinglimelight on the aspect of neighbour revitalization the Dubai’s economy and the real estateproblem are even bigger. Certainly from the height of 2716 feet, things are currently coveredwith bleak in Dubai real estate scenario. There is an overrun of the project of the Burj Khalifa, the overall projects value isalmost decreased a lot comparing to initial plan and cost which was estimated. The overallcost is linked wirth the aspect of time. The original duration of the project was set for a timeperiod of forty-seven months which was excluding the excavation time. The project was
