INTRODUCTION
The infection control is the important part of infrastructure of health and social Care
organization. It can be spread from various factors which cause different health issues within
setting. It shows the prevention of it must occur properly by implementing various prevention
methods with an organization (Gentry and et. al., 2020). The each and every member should
address those factors that are related to spreading of infection. In this report, the infection
prevention measures are discussed within the spire healthcare organization. In addition to this the
challenges and issue which are faced by healthcare professionals in preventing and controlling
infection are also included in this. The ways from which challenges can be address are also
covered.

There are different challenges are faced by healthcare professionals including me in
infection prevention and control of it. The prevention of infection carries out various
responsibilities by healthcare professionals and organization. Including this, there are various
challenges occur within regulation of prevention and in the workplace. These challenges are
faced by healthcare professional in preventing infection among patients. The increased reporting
requirements are a challenge that occurs among organization. The healthcare professionals and
infection preventionist must have proper knowledge about regulatory compliances so that they
can proper control of infection. The lack of this cause challenges faced by me and infection
preventionist. They must have knowledge about various regulatory agencies that provide
standards for healthcare associated infections. There are various standards on new regulation are
published by government show the implementation of this is occur properly within organization
(Branch-Elliman and Schweizer, 2019). The other challenge occurs among professional and
infection prevention as they receive limited time for or achieving multiple goals. This develops
challenges among preventionist. Within limited time they have responsibility to initiate various
prevention activities among patient and other working members of the day can reduce the impact
of different organisms on patient including them. This refers to as challenge as it is difficult to
implement all goals within limited time.

The inefficiency in surveillance of infection is also a challenge faced by many health and
infection preventionist within organization. As the manual information surveillance methods are
used by given organization which develops challenge for preventionist in prevention of infection.
The infection surveillance does not properly measure the prevention of infection and the areas
that are needed to be improved for infection control. As the surveillance of infection provides
reports which are delayed by occurrence of limited opportunities which become challenge among
professionals and preventionist preventing and control of infection. The inappropriate
economic and financial decision leads to various difficulties and challenges of prevention of
infection (Barr, Graham and Mallory, 2018). This also becomes challenges among prevention is
have responsibilities to prevent and control and infection that may occur within organization. As
the maintaining of financial responsibility is a challenge among preventionist. So they need to
understand the responsibility and skills of it. They also must play mediator role in insurance the
prevention and control of infection by making it is a long term commitment to organization.
These challenges developed due to increase in public visibility. As the public scrutiny develops
various new reporting requirements which is necessary to be applied by preventionist so that they
can make about control and prevention of infection. These are the challenges which all faced by
invention preventionist in controlling in prevention of infection in organization.
Critical discussion of the literature of this challenge/issues
These challenges are an important expect within an organization of prevention and control
of infection. So it is necessary to be critical analysis of it so that their positive and negative
impact can determine (Reyes, Bardossy and Zervos, 2016). As the challenges cause both positive
and negative on the facility of organization in which all the people are affected. The impact of
challenges is negatively on the both professionals and patients. As this cause high number of
infection among patients from which their health affected. it also causes negative impact on
instruments that are applied to patients as from this the proper supply of facilities does not occur
within the services of patients the negative impact includes harm on the health of people as
preventionist have various challenges in preventing and controlling of infection. If the infection
preventionist don't have knowledge about regulatory bodies then negative impact on the facility
of organization. From this day cannot provide information about new regulation that is governed
by various regulatory bodies and agencies which are implemented for prevention and control of

infection. The environment location within this regulator bodies is an important aspect from
which we can minimize the cause of infection.
The lack of this also causes negative impact on organization from which behaves and
safety of patients cannot be maintained. This also develops discrimination within the behavior of
patients. The healthcare association of infection provides intensive Care unit within an
organization so that they can include patients in their medical and surgical. The lack of reporting
regulatory cause various negative invite all the other agencies cannot find but challenges that a
recurring within an organization. From this they doesn't analyze the impact of infection on
patient and workers. This they are unable to take various prevention steps so that they can
maintain the condition and facility of organization. If the limited time is provided to infection
prevention then it can cause negative impact on the safety program of patients. From this they
cannot provide appropriate information about prevention methods that are needed to be followed
(Tartari and et. al., 2020). If the patient and workers do not have proper information about
keeping their hand and environment can cause various impacts on their health.
The infection practicitonist must improve their efficiency within a particular time so that
they can accomplish different goals of preventing and controlling of infection. The various
situations occur among them from which they cannot accomplish multiple goals within period of
time. As patience and workers are also not able to understand the impact of various infection on
their health. The delay in reports also causes the negative impact on opportunities that are
provided by healthcare association infections. As the organization uses various interaction
surveillance methods infection preventionist faces lot of duration of time in collecting report
through paper. This develops various effectiveness on the opportunities for healthcare
association infection mediation. there are various infection prevention is who does not have long
term commitment towards prevention and control of infections. This cause various impact on
safety of patients as it required various requirements. There are some infection preventionist does
not have proper authority so that they can improve the system of organization for prevention and
control of infection. This cause highly impact on both preventionist and organization as they are
unable to improve their facility of patients. The lack of knowledge and standard which are
implemented for prevention and control of infection can also cause negative impact on facility of
organisation. this problem occur due to the lack of presentation and business skills within

surveillance within the facility of health organization (Scholz and et. al., 2019).
There are positive impact of these challenges occurs as the professional workers patients
including preventionist are aware about measures that are needed to be taken in future (Wiemken
and et. al., 2018). They can initiate various prevention programs from which we can provide
appropriate information to patient so that they can use with in their services. The healthcare
professionals and maintenance can also provide safety measures in the facility that are providing
to patient so that prevention and control of infection can be occur. The identification of the
challenges causes positive impact on the knowledge of all the people who are associated with the
organization. As they are now aware about causes and can take for the steps in order to improve
it. The preventionist can we enhance his knowledge about prevention and control of induction
the help of determining various agencies and regulatory bodies from which they can apply
standards of prevention of infection with an organization. The organization can implement
various strategies with their facilities so that they can reduce the negative impact of infection.
After analyzing or determining the negative impact, the organization can collaborate with
various pharmacies who can provide interventions to decrease the effect of infection in
organization (Ierano, Stewardson and Peel, 2018). This creation and preventionist are not fully
aware about the cause of it and we can also various new emerging strategies that help in
determining pathogens. With this they can also identify future pandemics from which various
measures can be implemented within organizations that infection can be control and prevent.
This also includes that the organization can incorporate various electronic technologies that can
help in prevention and controlling of infection. They can also implement different safety
programs among patients and workers from which the knowledge about maintaining hygiene can
be promoted properly. This cause positive impact on the organization as they can reduce the
transmission of various infection with their services in a limited time period. By analyzing the
various challenges, can also collaborate with different agencies who provides standards and
knowledge about different departments from which safety of patients can be improved. The
organization can also applied various environmental services within the facility so that patient
care area can be free from any infection. They also monitor on a regular basis from which we can
analyze the positive impact of changes that are applied within organization. The occurrence of
diseases also causes the implementation of various changes within the services of professional

and worker including facilities in organization. the organization can make long term commitment
in order to prevent and control of infection by developing various multiple goals among all the

access data which helps them in increasing the efficiency of surveillance. The organization and
preventionist can also include additional responsibilities within their workplace so that better
system of prevention and control of infection can be implemented within the setting of
organization. They conclude different practices among patient from which they can promote the
maintaining of hygiene among patients. Within this day include nurses and other from which
practices can be effectively provided to patients and others and it can be monitor properly. This
also includes taking figure bags from regular basis which help them in providing assessment of
their strategies from which they can more employment various strategies in order to prevent and
control of infection.

and prevent. With the help of proper action plan help in determine the challenges within given

address. With the proper action plan includes the occurrence of proper resources coordination
planning of activities responsibility and rules which helps in identification of challenges. Within
this various identification process occurs which includes hand hygiene compliance that is used
within organization (Godbout and et. al., 2020). This refers to tools and techniques that are used
for observing hand hygiene that professionals and patients are probably washing their hands or
not. They has the highest number of spreading of infection occur from hand. This is to be
implementing by care professional and monitor them that they are influencing about hand
hygiene to all the workers or not. In order to keep prevention and control of infection it is a
responsibility for preventionist to provide proper information to professionals and other workers
about hand hygiene. So that interaction can be control in a proper manner. The regular
monitoring of prevention and control of infection also help in addressing the challenges of
information that is occurring within organization. There is some infection prevention and
controls standards are occur which provides determining the challenges from which various
issues are developed in controlling and prevention of infection. The help of different strategies in

organization. With the help of infection surveillance, the organization can gather information
related to the infection that occurs within the facility of organization (Ha and et. al., 2019). This
also provides regular determination of infection prevention methods that are used to reduce it. It
also helps in determining the challenges that are faced by preventionist in controlling in
prevention of infection. With the help of this the organization can measure their outcome of their
facility and can promote safety of patients by reducing the interaction within the system of
organization. The following evidences also an effective approach that can be used to determine
the challenges. The preventionist can continuously measure or monitor the letters evidences of
preventing infection. With the help of this they can also identify the challenges from which
organization have difficulties in controlling in preventing infections.
The healthcare-associated infections surveillance is used to address the challenges of
infection prevention and control. This help in determining the outbreak of infection. The
feedback and service also help in determining the challenges and use of various professionals
that how much it know about implementing of prevention and control of infection. The
identification of strength and weakness can also help in addressing the facility of health Care
organization. The developing communication and connection with professionals and other
workers also help in addressing these challenges. As the data collection is an appropriate way
from which challenges and gap can be properly analyzed. The regular observation is also
providing in which challenges can be addressed properly. They also can determine the lack of

control of infection. The made of action plan also help in determining the gap from which the
issue or challenges are developed in control and prevention of infection. The identification of
sustainability of facility also helps in providing the challenges that are occurring among
preventionist in preventing and control of infection. The assessment of financial decisions within
the environment of healthcare organizations and also helps in identifying challenges for infection
prevention (Bearman and et. al., 2018).. This also help in determining the leg of authorities
which develop issues in preventing of infection. The involvement of various pharmacies is an
effective approach for that helps in determining the challenges by identifying the knowledge
about prevention and control of infection. As it is also help in developing new technologies that
provide corporation weather prevention of infection surveillance.

From the above as it has been concluded that there are various challenges are face by
preventionist. These challenges resist them to prevent and control of infections. There are
various positive and negative impact occur of the challenges. Including this, the positive impact
helps in determining the further steps that are needed to be taken within the facility of
organization. There are also various ways from which these challenges can be address.
