This research project investigates the impact of smartphone applications on consumer decision-making within the travel industry. It explores how these applications influence travel planning, booking, and overall travel experiences. The study examines the factors that contribute to the popularity of travel apps, analyzes the benefits and drawbacks of using them, and provides insights into how travel companies can leverage mobile technology to enhance customer satisfaction. The research utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data from a survey of travel app users with qualitative data from interviews with industry experts.
