In UK, Health ans Social care refers to group who provides
coordinated care, management of chronic diseases and thereby
improve the quality of care patients received. The aim of these
organisation is to provide best quality services in there field.
Voluntary Service Overseas is a UK based Charitable
organisation. As per my opinion The services provided by
organisation relies on there volunteers. Though there are certain
external factors that affects working of organisation these are as
follows:

• Public and Media concerns: Social media provides access to
certain tools. These tools help in sharing information regarding
any diseases. It provides platform to discuss about health care
policy and practices.
According to me, Social media help in communicating healthy
habits and behaviour to people. Further, it help to engage with
public and to educate and interact with patients, caregivers,
students and colleagues. Thus, it is important tool for health
and social care organisation. This impact working of
Voluntary Service Overseas. Organisation needs to have
active members who uses social media platforms.

• Resources and funding: Health and Social care organisation
needs to have proper access to required resources within their
field. Large number of physicians, nurses and other staff are
required for providing quality services.
• As per my opinion Voluntary Service Overseas must have
access to adequate supplied facilities, medical instruments, etc.
Health and Social care organisation faces critical problem of
funding gap.
