The paper mainly reflects on “Fujitsu Technology Solutions” which is one of the
European IT infrastructure providers that have presence in all the key markets including

Significance of WBS and Gantt Chart

are helpful in avoiding project failure and generally helps in increasing the profitability of the
project. The WBS that is created for providing proper web service support helps in
preventing the work slippage as they showcase the project deliverables which is needed to be

It can be concluded from the entire paper that the organization is able to provide
expert web support service. It is found that a considerable ongoing saving with the help of
outsourcing web service support services from UK to Russia is provided. In addition to this,
it is identified that the operational efficiency of the web support service gets incremented and
all the different key performance indicators are generally met in the project. In addition to
this, the paper showcases the utilization of WBS and Gantt chart and how they are helpful in
making the entire project successful and assists in avoiding delay. Moreover, it is analyzed
that the utilization of critical path method within the project is mainly helpful in avoiding the
various types of risks that are related with the schedule of the project. Furthermore, smooth
project handover of the entire project is done successfully.
