Informal communication refers to the casual communication that take
place between the co-workers in the workplace.
The casualness plays an important role in the maintenance of effective
relationship in the work sphere.
Often it can create misunderstanding and confusion and thus generate

firm.
Thus in order to bring collective collaboration in the workplace it is
