The successful candidate will report directly to the Nursing Administrator and will be required to apply his/her knowledge of informatics and nursing to facilitate the design, development, and ongoing modification of a fully automated healthcare system (Black, 2016). He/she will help to promote the implementation of the healthcare by educating the staff and solve problems where necessary. Job Duties and Tasks -Analysis and interpretation of nursing, patients, or information systems data to improve nursing services. -Designing, development, implementation, and evaluation of new and modified information solutions, decision support mechanism, and data structures to support patients, healthcare professionals as well as management of their information(Hunt & Sproat, 2013). -Identification, collection, recording, and analysis of data that are necessary to the care patients.

Education and Work Experience The successful candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Nursing and a sound Knowledge in Information Technology. The successful candidate must have a 2-5 year experience in clinical practice and must have basic knowledge of the principles of teamwork and change management (Hunt & Sproat, 2013).
