Introduction
A Melbourne Australia based medium size organization is looking to take into
implementation to adopt the technology which is related to 3D printing. At present, the
organization is looking to handle both corporate and retails sector of the business. The
concept of 3D printing can be considered a technique, which is adaptive nature, which helps
in the creation of physical design of any object in a digital format. The amount of time, which
would be involved in the concept of the printing depend on the size of the image and the
complexity of the image (Chan et al. 2017). It can be sometimes referred at the time would
also depend on the aspect of image position and the quality of the image. The process is
considered to be providing detailed information relating to the product, which ultimately
make use of the concept, which is related to the aspect of making thin layers, which can be
considered less time consuming.
The aspect which is taken into consideration is the idea, which is applicable into the
concept of the 3D printing. The different aspects, which are involved into the concept of the
3D planning, are explained in details in the report. Along with the concept the report, majorly
focus on the different advantage and disadvantage which are involved into the working of the
project. In the end of the report, a list of recommendation is given which directly focus on the
aspect of increasing the efficiency of the system.

Definition of 3D printing technology
The concept, which is applicable to the development of 3D model, can be considered
an adaptive process in the aspect of the printing technology. The focus aspect, 3D printing, is
that small-scale industry can involve directly into bulk production of printing. In the concept
of the technology there can be different shapes and size which are automatically created with

the help of CAD (Computer Aided Design) (Chan et al. 2017). The aspect of CAD can be
used in the aspect of the implementing various shape and size in various kind of software and
the devices of scanning. All the details of the concept are stored in the system that mainly
take into consideration the aspect which is related to the impact of the 3D technology can
create different kinds of image and objects. The technology which is related to the 3D
printing basically takes into consideration and approach which is additive in nature as it
directly focus on the aspect of the printing of the nozzle in various kind of successive layer
relating to the material like powder and plastic. In the process of object creation there are
different layer which are build until the total object is created (McMenamin et al. 2014)..
The concept of 3D printing can be achieved form number of methods for example
SLS and FDM technology. Other than these there can be different types of application in
which it can be implemented like the stereo lithography, digital processing of light, printers
which are related to the multijet and continuous liquid production of interface. If the user uses
the concept of the metal then there can be different types of techniques, which can be
implemented such as the electron, beam melting, direct metal laser sintering, DLP, triple
jetting technology, builders jetting (Park et al. 2015).
Fused deposition Modelling (FDM) Technology: The technology, which is related
to FDM technology, can be considered as very important in the aspect of the entering into the
market. The technology can be considered as most widely used and most popular technology,
which is available in the market. The implementation of the process is mainly done with the
aspect of different metals, which are directly extracted by the nozzle at the cross section of
the 3D printing relating to the different objects.
