Workplace policies and procedures are very important for an organization. An organization
must implement these policies and procedures so that the operations are performed well.
The policies for the record management include:
 The informations and the records must be captured by all the employees and should offer
reliable and precise evidence of the actions and the decisions of the business (Verma
2017).
 All the records of the organization must be captured in an approved records management
system
 The systems those are endorsed for the storage of the information are listed in the
information and communication technology security
 To make sure that the staff of the organization have the admittance to the correct
information at the correct time (Charlier et al 2017).
The policies for the information management include (Araújo and Pestana 2017):
 Proper security policies must be developed for the management of the information
 The information must be kept in a system and must be locked with passwords
 The sensitive information must be handled by an administrator
 Security awareness training must be provided to the employees

 The company should look for the opportunities those are new in order to upgrade the
