Discussions
The intranet system has provided very good results for the organizations.
The strengths of the system are that the system provides greater services to the customers
and thus the complaints are less from the customers regarding the inconsistency of the
staffs (Odokuma and Azorji 2017). Greater adherence to the policies and the procedures
of the company and more knowledgeable and competent staff at the reception.
The limitations of the system are that it causes inconvenience at the reception desk due to
the slow internet. The limitations are that the system is not efficient enough and the speed
of operations of the system is not good (Hernandez et al 2017). The system provides good
results but the speed at which the result is provided in not fast.
The system is effective in accomplish the goals that is it can produce results according to
the operations of the company (Rammutloa 2017). The customer services that the system
provides are excellent and there are no complaints of the customers. The system is
effective enough but the speed of the system should be upgraded in order get more
accurate results and the company can earn more profits and revenue.
The recommendation that can be provided for the improvement of the system is that the
speed of the system must be increased in order so that the company can provide excellent
customer services to the clients and at a better speed (Roman 2016). The system will be
efficient and it will help to increase the revenue and the profit of the company.
