report is Jumia. Jumia is an ecommerce site that is being maintained within Nigeria. This
organization aims at increasing their trade. Over year it is observed that the organization has
achieved a huge profit and this was a result of global internet revolution (Soomro et al. 2016).
E commerce is referred to the business that is being performed by using internet. Ecommerce
offers better flexibility towards the organization and does not depends on time or location.
This has helped the organization to expand their business in a wide way. The report will
describe about the information system maintained by them for achieving better success.

collaboration and information. Jumia has implemented CRM within activities so that it can
offer better customer satisfaction (Lee et al. 2016). This ensures that all information is being
analysed properly that ensures proper information about new products. In addition to this the
organization has included POS system that are used by merchants for the purpose of
exchanging the money. These system will provide better automation within the business. POS
is used mainly for transactions and also used for collecting data regarding goods that are sold
within the organization. With the implementation of POS the organization Jumai will
