Good communication skills from the nurses lead to patient satisfaction. Some of the barriers from
the patient’s perspective include; physical barriers such as being deaf, language difficulties,

that relate to the nurses involve; lack of communication skills, limited time, noise, and lacking

Technology plays an important role in education programs and nursing work. Chaghari,
Saffari, Ebadi, & Ameryoun (2017), emphasize the necessity for appropriate information
technology training programs. It's rapid development and growth raises the need for IT training for
all categories of nurses. Information competence is a powerful tool for supporting learning and
cooperation for nurses in the learning process and those who are already working. Trends in
healthcare and nursing practice also raise the need for education programs that will help the nurses
keep up with new medical updates. The advantage of using online education is the availability of
the information at any time.
Submitting Your Assignment:

upload from your computer.
 When you’ve selected your paper, click Attach Files and your saved assignment
document should appear in the submission box just above the Attach Files button.
