Use of Digital Forensic Framework in Cloud Computing Investigations

This paper discusses the use of digital forensic framework in cloud computing investigations to secure cloud storage devices and services from fraud, manipulation, or theft of data. The research analyzes the impact of the current commonly used frameworks- McKemmish and NIST and suggests a new integrated approach to make the forensic investigations more effective. The applicability of the suggested framework includes government institutes, crime investigation departments, marine services, multinational companies, national defense services, etc.
