Introduction
The report deals with the case study of Yachts Australia organ organization. The
organization is in a need for an online presence that would be helpful for the organization in
management of the resources and human resources of the organization efficiently. Hence a
website is to be developed for the organization. The report has been developed for the
description of the website development. The details of the methodologies used for the
development of the website for the Yachts Australia organization.
The acquisition strategy for the development, the architectural design and the
hardware and software designs for the website is provided in this report. In addition to this,
the interface designs and the program designs have also been described in this report.
Acquisition Strategy
An acquisition strategy is used for the organization to manage the risks involved in
