The major theory being applied within the development of Moodle is the open source learning platform. This open source learning platform is a type of theory which assists the company in gathering the information and data relating to the concept from anywhere that is the open source. These open sources allow different types of websites and other search engines to provide the required knowledge to the person. Along with this the emergence of Moodle platform is also adapted in order to support the environment for the teachers and other professional development. Along with this Moodle is an open source lamp Rainbow which includes Linux as the operating system and Apache web server my SQL database and the PHP that is the programming languages being used within the framing of Moodle (Ismatovna, 2021). Moreover the main function of Moodle is the open source environment and inclusive the supporting of different types of courses and other classroom activities and functions and different online teaching through modules and course Resource Management and many other different activities. All these activities are very necessary for the teachers in order to evaluate and improve the working efficiency of the company. MS Office Along with Moodle MS Office that is Microsoft office is another software which is being used to for the effective working of the companies and business. The Microsoft office is a collection of different types of applications and every application has the unique purpose and requirements. These MS Office applications assist the person or the business and running the system and effective manner and to save all the documents and related information effectively. The initial release of Microsoft Office took place in the year 1990 and works under the operating
system named Microsoft Windows and is being available in 102 languages. The first version of Microsoft Office involved three different types of applications that are Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. Over the years these applications have grown very fast and many new different applications has been involved (Wattimena and Koibur, 2022). Also there are many different improvements being taking place within the business and their adapting the latest versions of Microsoft Office application so that the work can be done effectively and efficiently. Along with this there are different types of applications being developed like Microsoft One Note, Microsoft Outlook, one tribe, Microsoft teams, Microsoft Access, Microsoft project, Microsoft Visual and many other different types of applications. Along with these mobile only apps are also being developed like office lens, office mobile, office remote and many other different applications. Applications and Web Services are also being developed such as Skype for business server, Microsoft exchange server and services like Microsoft spray Microsoft forms and much other different kind of services. Further on office on the web is also free light weight version of the Microsoft office and it including three different web applications that is Word Excel and PowerPoint. These are the most three commonly used applications and because of this it is also being developed on web so that it can be used without the use of system. Question 2 DSS (Decision Support System) DSS that is decision support system is a type of interactive information system which assists the company analysing large volume of data for taking the business decisions. This DSS helps company while taking the decision in support of Management and operations and also helps in leverage in the combination of raw data and documents for taking the decisions in better and effective manner. The example of decision support system includes crop planning where in the farmer makes the use of DSS in helping them to determine the best time for planting and fertilizing and reaping their crops. Along with this another example of use of DSS is clinical DSS where in it help the diagnosing their patients ESS (Executive Support System) The executive support system that is ESS is another type of software which assist the user in transforming the data in quickly accessible report.
