Information System1 Solution 1 This statement is inadequate because Information system has mainly five components those are essential to build an information system and one more component feedback is part of information system(Pearlson, Saunders and Galletta, 2016).These components are: Data Hardware Procedures Software Users Feedback Thus, Data is the bond amid hardware and users, which implies that the information we gather is only data until we include users. Data will become information once users or people access and handle these for their own use. Solution 2 Problem: A problem is an elementary situation, which creates undesirable results. Business Problem: The high-priority issues those affect abusiness critically, referred as Business Problem. For example, if the problem is a recession in sales of the company and Organization is looking for creating better understanding between their customers and the company to fulfil their wants. Using Computer based information system an attending and real time monitoring strategy can be developed which enables the organization to analyse and respond to talks that clients are having about the products in real time across the web. This info will be integrated into Customer relationship management platforms in order to improve overall sales of the company(Forbes, 2017).
Information System2 Solution 3 Yes, an off-the shelf computer programs can be used as a SIS because it will modify and enhance the system performance. Additionally, these products are ready-to-made and readily available to selling general people(Pearlson, Saunders and Galletta, 2016). Solution 4 Competitive benefit provided by strategic information system is generally short lived because opponents can replace the leader and imitation can be made which reduces advantages. Additionally, our professional environment is dynamic and needs improvement time-to-time, so SIS benefits should also be updated(Pearlson, Saunders and Galletta, 2016). Solution 5 Adobe encourages PC users to download its Acrobat Reader and Flash Player free of charge strategically to attract the customers towards its other Software packages which are also available for free trial. Ultimately, it motivates the consumer to download other soft wares and long-time subscription of this software along with free Pdf Reader and Flash player. It earns more through popularity and tie-ups with other web browsers than charging customers for these two soft wares(McDONALD and M.A.L.C.O.L.M., 2016).
