Justification
90% of the US customers live within 15 miles of a Wal-Mart store, so it acts as an opportunity
for the company to serve more and more people in the market. So, in order to serve a large
number of clients, the company needs an efficient management system which shall supply

The company can use alternatives to develop their business by incentivizing the employees to
increase the sales online and initiate proper logistic supply chain management. This can be
performed by employees in such a way that they shall increase online sales and offer customers
to pick up their items from the nearby store itself in order to lower the ticket price. In this way,
the efficiency of the staff of the company will not get hampered and the customer will attain
higher level of satisfaction as well.
