Executive Summary
The main focus of the paper is related to the different sector of challenges
and issue which are faced by the organization. A need of a system can be
stated to be very much crucial form the point of view of the organization
which is the Fallon’s home maintenance service. In the paper a proposed
system is stated which would be directly helping the organization to
mitigate the problem and excel in different sphere of factuality.

1. Introduction
Information system can be stated as one of the recent technology which is helping
organization to achieve a standard of working. The system tends to include some
functional aspects which can alter the overall working which is associated with the
internal and external working of the organization. The concept of management of
information system can be considered as a complex and broad topic. In the report in
order to make the concept manageable boundaries related to the working are defined
which makes the access and the working relating to the concept (Sefen et al., 2016).
The management of Information system can be used to represent an approach which is
managerial to the application and the concept of working of the organization. In the
working sector relating to the MIS it can be considered that it provides a basic
framework of operation but the involvement of the strategy and the working is
implemented from the end of official or the project manager. The main sector of
emphasis is related to the creation of an information system which would be beneficial
for the organization named Fallons. The main sector of emphasis is related to the
mitigation of the risk factors which are linked to the working of the organization. The
main motive is gaining of the competitive advantage within the working.

The organization which is taken into consideration in the report is Fallons. The
fallons main working is related to providing range of home services which can be used

of home maintenance devices such as plumbing, air conditioning, gas fitting, appliance
repair, block drain etc. In the working of the organization it is seen that there are

the internal working of the organization.
The business strategy which is adopted by the organization directly helps them
in the sector of gaining of competitive advantage for the organization and meet the
demand and the need of the organization. In the region of South East Queensland, the
organization was well adopted due to the factor that it provides best options and
services which helped them to excel in various section of implementation. The role of
the stakeholders in the context of the organization gave high importance to the quality
of the service which is given to the customer. On the other hand, it also gave value to
the time constraint which is linked to the sector so that there is no issue faced within
the working of the concept. The sector of the communication can be considered to be
very much essential in the context of the organization and the organization very much
focused on the sector. One of the ways in which they managed this sector is by means of
calling the customer and took feedback from the customer so that they can gain the
feedback and how the service was adopted by the organization. this helped the
organization to reform the different working areas. In the official portal of the

organization. Some of the event which can be stated here is the urgency of the task and
