system (IS) in ALS limited which provides a wide range of service in terms of the life

Different categories of soaps and cleaning chemicals are provided by this organization to
their clients. However, this commercial establishment is facing serious problems to identify
the needs and expectations of the consumers of this organization (Meredith, Mantel Jr &
Shafer, 2017). The incorporation of a new and advanced Information System can be very
much significant for this organization to identify the loyal customers of this organization so
that the business reach of this organization can be enhanced (Madon & Krishna, 2018). The
incorporation of the Information System will be very much significant in order to augment
the competency of the stakeholders associated with the business.
Analysis of the project case and its organisational context
Size: The incorporation of the Information System in ALS limited will require the
effort from both the internal stakeholders of the business such as the operational manager,
project manager, floor manager, IT team of the organization as well as it requires effort from
the external stakeholders of the business like service providers, financial management team
and resource management team.
Budget: The installation of the new Information system is a medium size project and
