The present research study is made about IT system used by Amazon. In addition to this,various ways of IT system store and process data related to various management are discussed.Along with this, discussion about its support to value added changes for enhancing businessoperation, performance and sustainability. At last, recommendation is provided along with itsjustification for the company. It uses ITto perform its functional, managerial, operational and transaction securely. Moreover, the systemensure that customers are getting more diversified and specific service and their data are safe andsecure. Amazon is using the services to achieve their goals, vision and long-term sustainability. Hardware and softwareDue to its global expansion they mostly operates through information system. Specialized system: Under this, IT solution and services are provided that helps to solvethe challenging situations (Jayaraman and et. al., 2017, Volpe. and et. al., 2017). Some ofthe better system are: Enterprise resources planning, customer relationship, Supply-chain,Human resources management, Core banking system and accounting information systemare used. They are used to protect the personal and customers data. Artificial intelligence: There are unlimited application of AI as it is simplified, intelligenthuman behaviours operated through computers (Lindström, Källström and Kyösti, 2017).They can use parallel system to solve the problem, can discover then. Along with this,they use, Natural language processing, and many other devices at single time forprocessing multiple information.
