Other purpose is to identify the roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders associated with the organization and this implementation. The aim of this project is to enhance the number of loyal customers for the organization and reduce churn.
INFORMATION SYSTEM PROJECT MANAGEMENT 1.3 Project Scope The scope of the project can be described as implementation of the Big Data analytics within the IT infrastructure of the company that can enable the functionality of the 100, 000 employeesbeingemployedinthisorganization.Itwillbehelpfulinallowingthe accomplishment of the objectives of the project without any extra effort. It will be allowing the enhancement in the internal and external operational activities in manner to make sure that the organizationās performance has been enhanced. 1.4 Constraints Executethewholeprojectwiththeexpenseofbudget$1,500,000forthe accomplishment of the IT infrastructure and networking that can allow the efficient application of the Big data. The timeline of the project would be six months on which a group of ten members will be contributing. Choosing the appropriate and suitable analytic package would be another constraint for the delivery of the project. 1.5 Exclusion The packages of the Big Data, their services, policies and other aspects have not been covered in this report. 2.
