The main challenge is gathering requirement of users and business
In order to gather this data, the system analyst will use interview and document analysis
methods for information gathering
The second challenge is maintaining project length
The agile SLDC does not have specific completion date
The system analyst will brainstorm and study case studies to get idea of system requirements
The third challenge is implementing the system organization as admin and customer data will
be co dependent
The system will use a single database management system

Importance of IS
The system will provide better communication medium between users and organization
The users will see only accurate data
The organization will be better production as most of the back-processes will be automatic
The system will allow customer to be connected to Baippari Furniture every time
Customer buying patterns can be tracked and better product promotion
Customer can easily see the products that Baippari Furniture sells
Easy payment process will make the customer come back to website again

Tools and Platforms
The system will be implemented based on the MVC platform
Node.JS, MongoDB as database, for front end HTML5, CSS3 and Angular JS will be used to
develop the system
The system will be deployed in the AWS cloud

Task Description
In the sprint planning phase, analyst can collect user and business requirements
Using the user or business requirements, the designer team creates a system design
Based on the design, the development team creates the prototype application
These application is tested by the intended end users
The user provides feedback
Based on the feedback, the application is modified
The prototype application is then deployed in the cloud

Analysis and Result
The organization will experience more efficient and effective operations
The system will accept only the authenticated data
The system will be responsive
The system will be responsive
Business owner will have better control over organization
Customer satisfaction rate will increase
