Agro-works international Ltd is situated in India and it was established in year 2000 to serve
country with effective tools and techniques to produce the best quality products by replacing
large human efforts with machineries (Dixit and Skeath, 2015). This enterprise is expanded to
several more countries such as Australia, Pakistan, America, Canada, Europe, Russia.
This company is dealing in agricultural based machinery from past 18 years who have
initially started with very fewer employees. Now KISSAN had provided employment to almost
5000 employees. Although this industry is dealing with technology based work so it requires
mobile application to track day-to day activities and update the information. This equipment’s

also possess customer satisfaction and holds strong relationship by gaining loyalty of the
customers in order to provide the latest technology machines and for the purpose of achieving

The main purpose of developing Agro-based machinery is to maximise the working
efficiency of farmers. This consists of high-technology software and equipment’s to ensure the
large amount of Top quality products (Dixit and Skeath, 2015). Managers of KISSAN Agro-
works International Ltd are aimed at providing the ultimate solutions to workers. Earlier
employees are engaged in farming activities which consume lot of time and energy of workers.
They do not get enough time to apply innovations in goods and services so this company have
provided the large variety of software to reduce the workers efforts. Development of advanced
technology had improved customer satisfaction and also maximised the agricultural production
of the company.
Some major hurdles in performing daily operations are as follows
