Mobile applications also useful in finding the alternative methods offarming. This ensures the availability of different sources to complete the farming activities. Theapplication provides various features which helps in minimising the cost factor by designing thebest approach to deliver top-quality product. Enterprise mobile App development enables theworkers to clearly get the working strategies of business (Crawley, Cameron and Selva, 2015).This also helps in forecasting weather information. The use of application allows Managers tounderstand the technical and non-technical requirements of company. This company is founded in India with a concept ofreducing the human efforts with increased productivity of labours. Headquarters of KISSANAgro-works international Ltd is situated in India and it was established in year 2000 to servecountry with effective tools and techniques to produce the best quality products by replacinglarge human efforts with machineries (Dixit and Skeath, 2015). This enterprise is expanded toseveral more countries such as Australia, Pakistan, America, Canada, Europe, Russia. This company is dealing in agricultural based machinery from past 18 years who haveinitially started with very fewer employees. Now KISSAN had provided employment to almost5000 employees. Although this industry is dealing with technology based work so it requiresmobile application to track day-to day activities and update the information. This equipment’shelp in increasing the efficiency and provides better quality services to customers. The companyalso possess customer satisfaction and holds strong relationship by gaining loyalty of thecustomers in order to provide the latest technology machines and for the purpose of achievinglarge agricultural products. Management of this firm provides timely trainings to their employees to get theinformation about using these equipment’s. Invention of machinery performing agro -based workhave also improved the business factors and it had minimised the cost consumption of products.There are following services which are adopted by KISSAN for the successful development ofthe organisation. These services are as follows:Updated training to employees about the utilisation of agricultural machines.It provided better mode of communication in business which have improvedinterpersonal relationship of employees and this this will be resulted in effective teamwork.This company also provides better customer care facilities which helps in resolvingqueries of consumers.It has promoted the ease of work in the company as development of equipment’s havedecreased the human power and increased the working efficiency. It also saves times oflabours in completing the task.1
3. Proposed SolutionThe main purpose of developing Agro-based machinery is to maximise the workingefficiency of farmers. This consists of high-technology software and equipment’s to ensure thelarge amount of Top quality products (Dixit and Skeath, 2015). Managers of KISSAN Agro-works International Ltd are aimed at providing the ultimate solutions to workers. Earlieremployees are engaged in farming activities which consume lot of time and energy of workers.They do not get enough time to apply innovations in goods and services so this company haveprovided the large variety of software to reduce the workers efforts. Development of advancedtechnology had improved customer satisfaction and also maximised the agricultural productionof the company. Some major hurdles in performing daily operations are as followsFarmers are tired in performing farming activities on daily basis which restricts themproducing the constant quality based products.Lack of communication among employees leads to unorganized work.Increased cost of labours implies of high cost of products and this decrease the demand ofgoods in market.It affects the management of KISSAN Agro-works International Ltd in tracking therecords of individual employees.Minimum efficiency of labours can be concluded as a major point of issue to agriculturalcompanies.Solutions to these problems are as follows after adopting KISAAN BYOD applicationAll the above problems are addressed with the development of mobile application whichprovide versatile functionalities to agricultural enterprises.
