Executive Summery
The main aim of this study is to focus on the information system of the warehouse
management. Daniel and jack have experience in auto-parts supply business and they have a
plan of building a new business of warehouse management system. They want their new
business to gain huge success in the market. The purpose of this study is to analyze the
information system and its capabilities and the benefits of implementing it. This report
discusses the context of the information system in warehouse and the various methods that be
pursued in the business. Different complex situations and the solutions are discussed in this
paper. This paper concludes that the customer satisfaction is the main key of the success of
the business. Therefore, the relation and the communication with the customer need to be
good and by implementing and analyzing the impacts of the information system can improve
the business of warehouse management.
