INTRODUCTIONIn any project management plan there are several are several complications that areassociated with it. All needs to be resolved so as to manage the project management plansuccessfully. Any management plan whether it belongs to any fields has certain attributes. It ITproject the management plan must have certain elements such as Planning, activitymanagement,risk management, evaluation, monitoring and reviewing, resource management,cost management as well as the methodology for product development (Bernroider and Ivanov,2011).In the tourism sector there are several problems that could be solved using tools ofInformation and technology especially it helps in managing the customer services department.These Information systems helps in achieving customer satisfaction by effectively assisting themin their queries. On the other hand it also solves the difficulties of the firm like coordinating withthe tourists, reaching to the larger number of people with their packages using the mediums likecompany's website or establishing contacts with them using emails. There are some necessaryassumptions that are being made before constructing the project management plan. Project team has adequate amount of resources: Before starting a project plan one of themost important thing a team needs to check that whether the company is having adequateamount of resources with it or not. This includes the components such as laptops,software for designing tools, human resource and various other things.Quality of resources: Before making project management plan the quality of resourcesneeds to be evaluated. Any project management plan has to define its boundaries as perthe availability and quality of its resources.It is assumed that the business is running well which is illustrated in the second part ofthe report. This is a very important for the firm to understand that what is position of theindustry.This industry needs that kind of information system that solves the queries of the manycustomers using the links on the webpages as well as setting effective communicationsystem between the customer and the suppliers (Buhalis and Jun, 2011).The plan must address all kinds of grievances that is occurred in tourism sector as thiswill aim to reduce the work load of the company staffs. 1
