The server down problems can be soft down time and hard downtime. Soft downtimes
indicates the poor performance of the server and hard downtime indicates the complete

the consumer experience. Due to long waiting time, consumer can become frustrated and can

user’s platform to reduce the perceived lagged during the soft downtime (Partani and
