McAfee is a digital security tool which is generally use to create for the protection of the PC. The theory of the McAfee development was ISO 27000 which is generally international standard model that mainly highlighting best practices which are needed for information security management as well as systems. This also measured to be popular for business to be bright to affect the European Union. The effort of this model is to broken down into the different area for the security software’s. It is needs to focusing on security risk assessment which is connected to the calculations of the third-party software’s that is generally increasing the threat to the personal computers. MS office The theory behind development of MS office is the comprehensive design methodology. This contains design is methodology to built the digital environments that allows as well as draws out the various ranges for human diversity generally. It considered to very significant for the presence of learning from individual that influence the variety of views that affect the development or design of the software. Here, the concept of design thinking is wide as it is also known people in the products area (MU, 2020). The design principles for the broad design of MS office were help in to solve the issue or problems that happened to the users. MS office was also made for the ignoring of the various types of issues or problem that were for the software developers. So, the development of the MS office was generally considering as human diversity as well as also the presence of the people that are diverse in the range of perspectives. 2.0 Decision support system (DDS) The decision support system (DSS) is an computer program application which is generally used to improve business's decision-makingcapabilities. DDS examines the large volumes of data as well as presents a business with best and most effective way or possible options available. The decision support systems transport together data as well as knowledge from the different sources and areas to offer users with information outside the usual reports or summaries (Megawaty and Ulfa, 2020). For example, GPS route it helps in compares different routes, as well as attractive into account factors like driving time, distance and cost. GPS navigating system also allows users to choose or select alternative routes, which is displaying them on map as well as providing step-by- step instructions. Executive Support System (ESS) An Executive Support System (ESS) is a software that permits users to change enterprise data into rapidly accessible as well as executive-level reports, like those used by billing, accounting and staffing departments. For example, is Barclays, which is generally uses this system in specific to deal with information connected to market share as well as product sales. Another example of this system is Cambridge Systematics that has an ESS which is use for investment planning process. Transaction processing system (TPS) Transaction processing system is also measured as software the make sure the completion of the business transaction as well as also able to track the transaction easily (Trianita, and et.al., 2020). TPS is also considered to be OTPS that is generally equivalent system that are mostly used by online transactions. For example, the TPS in specific involve, like the system of hotel reservations in hotels. Another example is maintenance and preparation of the employee records within the organization. Management Information System (MIS) The management information system is an computer system involving of software and hardware that helps as the backbone of an businesses operations. The MIS collected data from multiple online systems, and then analyses the information, then reports data to help in management decision- making. For examples, transactions that includes order processing, payroll processing, like for an e- commerce business, and invoicing.
Knowledge Management System (KMS) It is a system for applying as well as using knowledge management values to classically allow customers and employees to create, find and share relevant information fast. The example, Tableau’s knowledge base which mostly includes search function by which the users get answers easily. The another example is the customer service knowledge base that is generally helps in evaluation and collection of the data as well as information about the issues or problem of customers. 3.0 Globalisation as well as effects of IT on the globalisation Globalizationconsents for faster information transaction, more rapidly transportation, and a extensive selection of flexibility from country to country for to identify the most efficient way and cost effective. Globalization is the term used to define how trade as well as technology have made world into additional interdependent and connected place (Oyekola, 2018). The Globalization similarly captures in its scope economic as well as social changes that have come as a result. This has been reason that has precious IT the greatest as it enhances the advancement as well as improved the interaction between the different population and regions around the globe. Because of the globalization many companies ongoing to explore foreign technologies and which is also helps in decrease in companies manufacturing cost. Information technology are back bone of globalisation. Technical equipment as internet, cell phone, microchip have contributed to the globalisation by sharing or exchanging ideas, capital as well as people to make suitable to move from one place to the another as fast place to inspire process of globalisation. With the help of the internet, we can find anything only by a single click so, it’s become very easy and trending to do online shopping with help of technology. Many MNCs have increases their customer by using technology as well as they give online care to anyone around the world (Mallinson, 2021). Blockchain is digital technology that has been help in the devolution of the data base as well as storage for development of assistance that chains the tracking of that supply chain. It has been enabling of the data that is very essential for the safety that is generally required for the industries of health care as well. SECTION B Optional question 1 i The digital infrastructure is referred as the digital technologies. It helps in deliver services to remote areas. The new technologies help in improve the sustainability, efficiency and services of the infrastructure networks. There are various examples of digital infrastructure such as cloud service, broadband ad internet backbone. The broadband is the telecommunication and transmission of the wide bandwidth data. It consist the high speed internet connection. This delivered services with the various technologies through varying availability that based on the location. The
internet services are based on the preference, needs, location and cost(Yao, and Yang, 2020). Advantages: The broadband service helps in provide the speed, interact applications, online video content, etc. it also helps in improve the communication. It also helps in provide the unlimited access and it is most convenient because the internet connection is always on this digital infrastructure. It also helps in provide the cheap phone services as well as VoIP technology. Disadvantages: It consist the high monthly fees as compared to the dialup internet access. There are not all the phones wire are equipped for the DSL service. It also may not be available for the remote areas and rural areas. All the TV networks capable are not equipped for the cable internet access. This has also not available for the rural area and remote area. ii Cloud computing is on-demand obtainability of computer system resources, particularly data storage as well as computing power, without direct active management by user. The large clouds frequently have functions spread over the multiple locations, and each location being a data center. Cloud services definitely facilitates motion of user data from the front- end users or clients to the systems of the providers, by the use of internet and then back again to the clients (Khattak, Farman, Jan, and Din, 2019). Advantages: There are various benefits of the cloud services such as it helps in reduce the IT cost and moving to the cloud computing helps in reduces the cost of maintaining the IT systems and cots of managing the IT systems. It also helps in provide the flexibility of works as well as helps in provide the automatic internet access. There is the unlimited storage capacity, backup and restore data. It helps in improve the collaboration as well as helps in easily share the information in the shared storage. It consist the low maintenance cost. In other words it helps in reduce the hardware and software maintains cost of the business. Disadvantages: It can face the technical problems and issues such as downtime, reboot and network outages. The downtime is the biggest disadvantages of the cloud servicing because it is the internet based. There is the limited visibility into the network operations. The security is the biggest issues in the cloud computing services because there can be chances of the hacked and theft. The vendor lock-in is the biggest disadvantages of the cloud computing service. The business can face the services transfers from the one vendor to another vendor. Furthermore, face difficulties in moving from the one cloud to another. Reference List (if Any) MU, S., 2020.
