Introduction In today's world, it can be observed that various organizations are now adopting the process of using information technology system to make the right decision and choice which can help them in their future growth. In the current business situation, every company must place various information system and applications which help them to collect all relevant data in order to make decisions. An organization can make proper decision at all the different stages related to their management with the use of effective computer software(AlNuaimi, B.K.,and Ajmal,2021.). Furthermore, in context to TESCO it is one of the biggest grocery and merchandise store established in United kingdom. They operate and manage their business function all around the world. Through IT solutions and software TESCO store and use the collected data related to their administration. Later in this report the detailed explanation on various theories and techniques such as Moodle and MS office is been included. DSS(Decision support system), ESS(Executive support system), TPS( Transaction processing system), MIS(Management information system), KSM( Knowledge management system), is been summarized in this file. There are some pros and cons of globalization in current situation which is been discussed in this report. Their are various pros and cons of digital infrastructure as well. At last, the risk related with information systems outsourcing is been included in this report. Some of the models are as follows:- Canvas- It is an information technique which is used byan organisation as an administration adviser and techniques service department.They are having extended human relation with the major directional institutions and with the both small and large ventures in order to attain their need of information technology. This tool also provide various benefits to an organisation which helps them to do online acquisition in various ways. This tool also figures out all the key strategic aspects related to the business model through visual representation. AN organisation can visualize design and reinvent their overall business 3

This is being evolved with the aid of using the Microsoft software for doing the complete analysis of their business operations.It is the proprietary merchandiseof the uniquecorporation. KSM (Knowledge Management System) This is kind of information technology that helps an organization to stock and retrieves the knowledge for enhancing their business function and safekeeping all the valuable data related to their company in a effective way.
