usefulness provided by MS-Office is extensively used by business professionals in areas
where it benefits and maximizes the productivity of operations.
3. McAfee: It is a major provider of the security software and is a subsidiary of Intel. This was
founded by its owner John McAfee in 1989 as an antivirus software and a network general.
Being founded in 1986 by the individuals named Leonard Shustek and Harry Saal. The
network general built the sniffer line for all the analyzers of the networks. McAfee and
Network general together were integrated to associate as Network associates. Mcafee is a

individuals, technologies, organizations and the relationship among these sources.
The professionals in MIS assist the bsuienss organizations to get the maximum
benefit from the various investments made in the area of personnels, equipments
and the business processes. It is a human-oriented area which puts maximum
focus on the service which is provided with the use of technologies. The individuals
who manage this system tend to manage a variety of information systems for
realizing the requirements of the employees, managers, organization staff and the
customer of the organization (Kuftinova and et.al., 2021). The individuals in this
systems play a crucial role in information security, integration, and exchange.
5. KSM (Knowledge Management System): A Knowledge Management System is a
form of tool which is utilised by various companies for the purpose of assisting in
organization of the documentations necessary in the business, for answering the
frequently asked questions, and provide other necessary informations in the form of
easily accessible ways for the two types of users: external and internal users. There

cultures and economies across the different countries.
The effects of IT on globalisation:
Information and communication technologies are the back bone of globalisation.
The advancements which took place in the technologies have assisted to facilitate and
grow the concept of globalisation on high levels. The various technical and IT equipments
like mobile phones, internet, telephones have played an important respective parts in the
process of globalisation with the use of transacting various ideas, capital and human
resources in a accessible manner to assist their movements from one place to another in
an easy accessible ways (Jiang, Huo and Song, 2018). Information technologies has built
upon a global village which connects the nations globally on various different levels. Due
to technological advancements, the costs incurred in the process of transportation and
communication have declined by a huge number across various nations globally and
