1INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGEMENTExecutive Summary Identifying the value of the business and its benefit that arises form the implementation of theenterprise system has remained a great challenge for both research and practice of EnterpriseSystem. The delivery of the system is done by pre-implemented modules and addressing thebusiness of the organization processes. The gap in the current researches has been found anddepicted by reviewing the existing work on benefits of enterprise systems. There is a requirementof slightly untraditional, implementation approaches along with a stronger focus oforganizational analysis and business modeling. Enterprise system is generally introduced as apart of reengineering project. This report represents the framework of enterprise system benefitsand the business changes identifying the limitations from previous researches.

IntroductionOrganization depends on information system, which helps to maintain the operationsefficiently and reliably, keeping the information up to date and their availability. The systems aredeveloped internally and cover minimum area of data process of the organization. These datawith other system are often not integrated thus needs substantial amount of manual work for thecompletion of the business processes. An enterprise system is an application package that mainlyautomates, supports, processes and manages the automated business process data. Business datafrom various functional area are integrated thus are keeps consistency through the organization.The basic goals of the organization that are required to be designed by using Enterprise System(ES) in the organization is to provide guidance, direction to reach a certain position in themarket, facilitate the planning to reach the expected height of success and finally helps thenorganization to evaluate and control the performances. In this report, we are choosing Nestle todiscuss the Enterprise System implemented. 2. Enterprise Systems (ES)To get wider accessibility to the business knowledge of the organization, increases theemployee’s productivity and minimizes the duplication of the company data.
