INTRODUCTION
Information technology is the best approach for increasing the business process and
efficiency. It is helpful for business purpose for increasing the productivity and profitability in
marketplace. This report will discuss about the references and cite applicable as source of
authentication. This report will discuss about the Annual house budget and also showing the
income after deduction of tax, expenses, Ni etc. it also included and capture all the necessary
information mention in the report. This assignment will Microsoft power-point documentation
and how it is useful for the business process as well as personal. At last, this report will discuss
about the actual format and features of power point presentation.
TASK 1
Reference is a relation between the objects in which one object is designed and act as
means for connect to the another object. Reference can take different forms such as visual,
sensory perception, coordination, emotional state and symbolic etc. There are various type of
referencing and cites styles (Soto-Acosta Popa and Palacios-Marqués, 2017).
Numbered style- In numbered style, the sources are referred with the form of Arabic style
within the square bracket or superscript. The references are listed in the form of number
references after the text.
Parenthetical style or author date style- In Parenthetical style, this style is based on the
in-text references which are given within the parentheses for completing the sentence. There are
two important references style used the documentation or source of applications (Chuang and
Huang, 2018).
Harvard reference style- Harvard style is the best referencing which is used for student,
university and sources of information etc. It allows the reader to locate the correct and original
source of particular subject. It includes different information such as

person on monthly basis. It considered as $5, 002 in spread sheet or calculating all the total
expenses of living things.

software is applicable for planning an effective strategy for managing the data processing. Excel
is the best software choice to create an effective budget planning which is required for managing
the total cost of revenue and expenditure ( Luftman, Lyytinen and ben Zvi, 2017).

How to use Microsoft power point presentation
PowerPoint presentation is concept that help for creating and presenting information in
the form of slides. This software will provide the ability to create powerful visual presentation.
This tool used for different purpose for business presentation, education, hospitality industry etc.
there are effective way to represent the data in proper manner.
There are following steps to use the Microsoft power-point presentation:
Step: 1 choose the blank presentation option or template- this is the first step to start the power
point and also choose the template according to the requirement and need. In this way, it can also
apply the themes according to project. On the other hand, there is another option to click on
design tab to the perfect theme (Marques, 2018).
Step: 2 Create title slides- Title is main part of each and every presentation that audience will
see. It is easy and readable for audience to understand about the topic. There is also another
option to add group name as well.
Step : 3 Add new slides- Click Ctrt+M for added new slides. In this way, blank slide will be
added after the slides. This slides contain the title box and text box.
Step: 4 Navigate the presentation- Navigation is the best part of presentation to use the perfect
the frame and left side windows is quickly scrolled. Outline tab can see the outline tree of the
presentation.
Step: 5 Previews the presentation- This is last option that used after completing the presentation
click on F5 option to start the slide shows and also click on the advance mouse to shows the
presentation in effective manner (Paul and Bhowmick et.al., 2018).
