Accurateand proper referencing is main component of academic that help for enhance to the presentationof work (Kasemsap, 2018). Referencing is the best approach that help for researcher to identifythe actual information and data in the source. To write their own references that required information about the particular item whichcan be research on particular topic and subject. There are some specific information needed toput in the referencing.Date of publicationAuthor and Editor nameTitle of items. These are the important information that can be addressed in the research to mention the actualsource of data. Editor of Author- It is a primary person that produced different types of items whichused for the research analysis. Editor can be one or more for particular article and booksthat's why, it required to mention all the name in proper manner. Title of items- In the research field, Primary item can be used that identify the actualwork behind the research on the basis of title. In this way, it can be identify some pieceof information that describe that what have used. In this way, it allows the reader todetermine the information.
Publication date/ recording/ broadcast- Publication date is indicated in the referencingwhich is usually based on the year. If use the emails, television recording and newspaperarticle etc. How to cite-The basic structure of citation based on the author date method that contain author name,publication year, page number and range etc. For Example that help for put the citation in thedocumentation files therefore, The range and page number is omitted and their whole work canbe cited. The surname of author is also omitted and appear in the text (Luftman, Lyytinen andben Zvi,2017). There are specific rules which depending on the different number of author and their particularwork. If the work has to be done by three authors, it can include all author name in the citation.More than three authors, it can be used the 'et al.' after the first author.For Example- (Read, Verdejo and Barros, 2008)If the cite on new work and same author or written in the same year citations that ' why,we can use the lower case letter after the date.
