Those technologies who are engaged in anoperations, collection, transport, retrieving and access of an information in all its forms. IT canbe defined as a capabilities which is being offered to any organisation by a computer, software,business application and also a telecommunication to deliver data, complete information and fulltechnology as well as knowledge into the processing of an information (Bharati, 2017) It wasidentified that in the IT sector, role of information technology is important to rises businessoperation and also system be functions during the given point of time. Also, IT sector is in needto generates funds and money that needs to be put to establishes business outcomes of a retailsector. Use of the IT is to makes clear and completes records of transaction in retail business,enhances customer level of the services as well as optimised understanding of an operations.With support of the IT firm, supply can be able to contact with these firm in given point of time.Rai, (2018), impact of the IT environment on a firm performances by using firm level ITspending data as an input and financial data as a output.
