Hence, in order to ensure effective service, the infrastructuremanagement has an important role. Present study deals with the project preliminaries, purpose aswell as scope of the problem space and business context. In addition, the scope of the systemdescriptions as well as assumptions for the case study AusEd is discussed in the study.Appropriate system diagram is designed using suitable schematic diagrams. Moreover, list ofequipments as well as devices for the design is discussed in the study. Project preliminariesAusEd has expanded its business across Australia and outside of diversifying sources offunding. In tactical forms, extending educational services to the areas with unreliable internetconnections is processed. In this aspect, enhancing reliability for evaluation of the students arerequired. However, it is important to maintain accosting system that running MYOB softwareand customer relationship management system would be helpful. Laudon and Laudon (2015)stated that development of add-on to Moodle like the students maintaining personal computers isimportant for the organization. Hence, it is required to manage IT infrastructure properly So that AusEd canexpand its process and operation and gain benefits.IT infrastructure management acts an important role in minimizing costs of theorganization. Thus, ensuring quality of service is required to maintain properly largely that helpsto overcome the risks (Laudon and Laudon 2015). Hence, underlying principles of ITinfrastructure as well as overall costs of the organization need to ensure quality of servicemaintained largely. Introduction of IT infrastructure management in an organization and end-to-end solution are required to provide to the customers and optimizing data. The IT infrastructuredevelops prominent backbone to the economy of the organization (Sellers et al. 2017). Thus, it isconsidered as most significant to monitor as well as manage the process effectively andovercome the challenges. The major business issues faced by the organization are subsided whenIT infrastructure management has an important role in order to shape future through providingenhancing procedures, policies when it is adhered to the standards and collection of efficientdata. Management of networks, IT assets as well as IT staffs is required by the organization.
